We are very particular about our customers’ satisfaction especially in regards to our product and
services. Therefore, we ensure that all of our products delivered to our customers are at its best
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products
that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be
accurate as each devices ie. Computer, tablet and handphone might have different color calibration. The
customer is responsible in ensuring the right size is chosen prior purchase. Any issue arises on the
product related to matters mentioned above will not be entertained by HEADSCARVES therefore we will
not be liable for any mistakes made by our customers.
In case of any manufacturing defects, we allow our customers to return their parcels for replacement.
The postage cost throughout of the process of replacement will be bared by the customers.
HEADSCARVES do not practice monetary refund but we will try our best to replace the product as soon
as it has reached the HQ upon checking of any defect. Therefore, the refund
procedure would take up to one or two weeks.
